Mike's Recipe of the Week
Feta Mayonnaise
6 oz. crumbled feta cheese
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 C mayonnaise
2 Tbls minced green onion tops
2 Tbls olive oil
½ tsp grated lemon zest
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Blend all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with lamb burgers, hamburgers or grilled fish.
